EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT, Unit # 2106 on the golf course a short walk to the beach. Edgewater Resort is the most luxurious preferred lodging facility in Panama City Beach. It is a beautiful, upscale, premier Panama City Beach resort with many family amenities; controlled entrance, 24 hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approx 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, parasailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.
This golf course villa (sits on hole #3) is a newly re-decorated two bedroom, two bathroom, villa (1,250 Sq Ft) that sits on the nine hole golf course. This Panama City Beach unit has been recently remodeled and redecorated. You are a short walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a ten screen movie theater, grocery store, ice cream parlor, subway sandwich shop, etc. There are several piers near by for fishing and a state park right down the road.

Jan/Feb - $1,300 per month March/Mid-April - $900-$1,200 per week Mid-April/Mid-Aug - $900-$1,200 per week Mid-Aug/Dec - $400-$750 per week

The master bedroom of this Panama City Beach vacation condo has a king size bed and a private master bath with twin sinks and large walk in closet. The other bedroom has two full size beds with it'\s own private bathroom and sliding glass doors that walks out to a patio. There is a fold-out couch in the living room and a brand new TV with cable and DVD/VCR player. The patio has lounge chairs, and a full patio set (and your sitting right on a large pond that is part of the golf course). Each room has its own ceiling fan. This is the perfect place for a family vacation!
