The Summit is a resort, everything you need you can get on site! Great location right in the middle of Panama City Beach!!
12th Floor unit has FANTASTIC view of the beach/Gulf.
1 Bedroom but also has bunk beds in hallway as well as Sleeper sofa in living room. Easily sleep 6 people. Well decorated unit, and quite large for a 1 bedroom beach condo (just under 1000 square feet). Many other one bedroom condos in Panama City Beach are only 600 sq feet or less!
Full kitchen including stove, microwave, dishes, etc. Save money by cooking in!
Washer and Dryer inside unit, just in case you need to do laundry or dry towels!
This unit is also parallel to the beach, not stuck in some corner or inside of a big "U" like most other condos... you can see up and down the beach, the pools, parasailing, etc. right from the balcony!
After a long day at the beach and pools you can come back to the unit and relax... listen to music on the Surround Sound System, or watch a DVD on the flat screen TV in living area! TV also in Master bedroom for private relaxing.
