This beautiful eight year-old, waterfront home is the perfect getaway. The home includes a formal living room, formal dining room, a kitchen with breakfast nook, and a family room all of which look out and lead out to the lanai, which has a large electrically heated pool. There are 5 sets of 8-foot high sliding glass doors leading to the pool. There is a stereo system with speakers inside and out on the lanai, so bring your favorite tapes or CD's. There are 2 television sets with over 100 channels including 6 different HBO movie channels. There is also a VCR and a DVD player.

The four large bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

There are two full baths (one is accessible from the pool) and there is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The house has central air-conditioning and ceiling fans, both indoors and on the lanai.

Come and enjoy the nearby beaches, golf courses, fishing, tennis, boating, shelling, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling, bicycling/scooters, shopping and restaurants; or just relax poolside and enjoy the colors of the sky just after sunset.

Payment Methods Accepted

A non-refundable payment of one-half of the rental (plus tax) is due at the time the rental contract is signed to secure said dates. The balance and the security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments must be made in US dollars in the form of cash, personal check, money order, or certified check and are non-refundable.

Deposits

A security deposit in the amount of US $300.00 for weekly rentals and $500.00 for longer rentals is required. The deposit will be mailed back to you within 14 days after your departure, provided that there are no damages to the premises discovered. The cost of any damages to the premises or its contents will be deducted from this deposit.

We stayed here over Christmas 2007. We were coming in from various parts of the country, and were SO relieved at how really GREAT this house is. The decor is really nice- all areas of the house are well equipped. It has all the amenities you could want in a home and it is meticulously clean. I would recommend this home to ANYONE. My kids loved fishing off the dock all day and evening. The pool was great. We rented a kayak and paddled around the canals. Rent with confidence. This is a great house and the owners are friendly and accomodating. Can't wait to go back.,
