Our LIKE NEW end unit apartment at gated Pelican Marsh is approximately 2000sq ft under air/heat. Newly installed upgraded carpet and freshly painted in January 2007. Pelican Marsh is a WCI community of homes, many in excess of $3 million.

The large living room, separate family room (w/queen sleep sofa), and master bedroom open through sliding glass doors onto a comfortable screened lanai which overlooks a long lake frequented by many birds, fish and turtles (no alligators !). Hundreds of stork, egrets, heron, ducks, et.al. often fly onto the lake all at the same time...a spectacle to see. The northwest exposure makes the screened lanai comfortable anytime of the day or night and also provides beautiful sunsets with you evening cocktail. Padded rocker/swivel chairs, glass top table and ceiling fan enhance your peaceful, relaxing times on the lanai (no highway or bothersome fountain noise).
We are located in the community of Arielle which is sited on Pelican Marsh's 14th fairway. There are three gated entrances to Pelican Marsh on the Tamiami Trail (US 41), Vanderbilt Beach Rd., and Airport Rd. The Marsh is about 2 1/2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches and a 5 minute drive to the beach from the front gate. Lots of golf is available within minutes of Pelican Marsh. Naples Airport and Olde Naples are about 15 minutes south down the Tamiami Trail. Marco Island 30 minutes. Ft.Myers and the International Airport 35 minutes. Bonita Beach 20 minutes. Interstate 75 10 minutes. Ft. Lauderdale International Airport 95 minutes no-stop across Alligator Alley, � mile from Collier Hospital and the Outpatient Care Center.
The apartment is equipped and furnished more like a home rather than a rental unit. There are two large master bedrooms and a den (3rd bedroom w/sleep sofa). The primary master bedroom with a new $1,200 mattress has a large private bath with soaking tub, large glass shower, double vanities and private commode. The second bath with tub/shower is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. In addition, the 2nd and 3rd bedroom each have their own private lavatory. There are quality white ceramic tile floors throughout the apartment except for the bedrooms which have upgraded new carpet (January, 2007....and freshly painted too at that time).
An upgraded kitchen has Corian counters, hardwood cabinetry and about every appliance one could hope for (blender, electric juice squeezer, mixer, etc.). Plenty of cookware, glassware, flatware, seasonings etc. for those that like to cook or entertain. In addition to the oversized living room, family room and bedrooms, there is a large separate dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. This is the largest apartment in Arielle and is an end-unit with lots of natural light, cross ventilation, privacy and security (second floor provides quiet, security and protection from the critters often experienced on first floor units). There are 8 large windows and 3 sliding glass doors. In the apartment you'll find just about every bell and whistle to include: plentiful linens, computer with free internet, printer, fax machine, answering machine, 6 phones, three color TV's (cable), 2 VCR's, 2 DVD's, CD player, stereo system, 8 ceiling fans, infant equipment (stroller, infant bed), and security alarm. All major appliances/HVAC are covered under a service contract for quick and easy repair should a problem develop.
There is a two car garage (2002 Sebring Convertible), three quality bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods/reels, various beach toys for children, and much more. The pool, hot tub, and picnic gazebo are located about 75 yards from the apartment (gas grilles too), and the world class Pelican Marsh Clubhouse is available to renters; with 10 tennis courts, workout center, massage therapy room, computer room and more. A beach pass to Delnor-Wiggin's famous 3 mile beach is included with this rental as well as a beach free parking pass for all of Naples and county beach lots and parking areas.
This rarely rented condo is in primo condition and available only to the caring renter. Apartment rental prices are based on two adult occupants with the understanding that occasional overnight guests are included. Sorry but no pets or smoking in air conditioned areas of the apartment is permitted. Local telephone, water, and cable are included in the rental price. Electricity typically costs renters about $4 per day (electric heat and A/C). There is a $100 cleaning fee, and a $250 registration fee charged by Pelican Marsh and Arielle (entitles renter to use all facilities of the community center, exercise facilities, pool, etc.). A non-refundable payment of $1,000 reserves the apartment and is used as a security deposit to be returned to the renter at the successful conclusion of the rental. A standard lease will be prepared by the landlord for the renter's approval.
