This unit is a One Bedroom, One Bath, non-smoking unit with Queen Bed and NEW Queen Sleeper Sofa and Reclining Chair, which sleeps up to four people. We do have access to an adjoining unit or additional units, should your needs require two or more condos.

You are approximately 100 yards to the gondola for skiing. You can't get any closer in walking distance. The River Run gondola is the nighttime skiing hub so you shouldn't even consider Mountain House base if being closest is important. The balcony gives you a view of the mountains and a partial view of the ski runs.

The Heated Garage is a big bonus and being near the River Run Village shops, restaurants and nightlife is great. We have recently added Internet Access (unlimited). The car is the last thing you will need after you arrive. Our best rates are for last minute bookings. And after you find the best deal, come to us and we will take care of all your needs.

When comparing all the condos in the Silver Mill complex, the other units have all the same Furniture, Same amenities and so forth. What separates us from the others is the personal care, new furniture and decor and the additional amenities we provide. We have recently refurbished the condo with a new Queen Sleeper Sofa (Top of the line), Recliner Chair, all new bedding, pillow, linens to name a few.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN BOOK ADDITIONAL CONDO UNITS IN THE COMPLEX FOR BIGGER PARTIES. WE HAVE ACCESS TO A SECOND UNIT NEXT DOOR WITH A LOCKOUT DOOR IN ADDITION TO A SEPARATE UNIT IN THE COMPLEX.
