Oceanfront Condo Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Personal checks are accepted.
We ask for 1/2 (of the total rental amount) to secure the reservation and the balance (which includes a $100.00 refundable security deposit) is due 30 days prior to the arrival.
If the renter has to cancel, we will refund all but 15% of the total amount if the rental period can be rerented. If not, the entire deposit will be kept.
Sea colony guest badges (which give access to their amenities) range in cost from $15.00 to $35.00 pp per stay, 4 yrs and up.
