We just returned from another great trip to The Lakefront House at South Lake Tahoe. The location couldn’t be better; right on the water and within walking distance to the casinos. Our Lake Tahoe vacation home has successfully hosted family reunions, business retreats, ski groups, weddings as well as single and multiple families. 50% down with a check and balance to be paid on arrival. Holidays to be prepaid

Deposits
Security Deposit & Damages A security deposit of $300.00 will be due upon arrival. Any damage to the property, other than normal wear and tear, is the responsibility of the tenant. This amount will be refunded upon departure less any damage. Damages include, but are not limited to extra cleaning, missing items or long distance charges. Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit card, major credit card or to your home phone.
Cancellation
Cancellations may be made up to 45 days before arrival (6 months for holidays) . No shows or unfavorable road and/or weather conditions do not warrant a refund.

We just returned from another great trip to The Lakefront House at South Lake Tahoe. The location couldn’t be better; right on the water and within walking distance to the casinos. In addition, the free shuttle bus to the Heavenly Gondola stops right outside the driveway. We loved having a well equipped kitchen, as well as a full size washer and dryer and gas barbecue. We especially enjoyed a private hot dip in the Jacuzzi Spa every day after skiing. Although the home was built in the 50’s, the sleeping accommodations have been well maintained and the four bathrooms have been upgraded. We enjoyed the big flat screen Sony TV, fireplace and free high-speed Internet access. The property is owner managed and the owner was both accommodating and responsive. We recommend The Lakefront House without qualification or reservation.
