OCEANSIDE BEACH FRONT CONDO'S #404 Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.Christmas and new years weeks are rented at spring rates.For thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day weeks add 10% to corresponding weeks.

Deposit is $250.00 per week due 15 days from date of reservation balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.



Cancellation


Must be made 45 days prior to your arrival or you will lose your deposit you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for any cancellation

Fees & Taxes


Taxes in Pinellas County is 12% for rentals. Please add a one time fee of: $125.00 per reservation (departure/ linens).

This condo is absolutely fabulous! We stayed there April 22, 2005 for a week and loved it! Everything in this condo is furnished with the best of quality. Centerally located for great shops, restaurants and beaches.
