MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Diners Club Credit Card Deposits
A 50% deposit is due through MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Diners Club credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due through MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club credit card or cash at check-in.

Cancellation
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.

11% Florida tax, pre- and post cleaning fees, heated pool are all included in above prices.

There is a $95 non refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs at check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).
