This beautifully furnished Cape Coral vacation villa with private electric heated pool, is perfect for the romantic couple, entire family, golfers, even boaters and fishermen, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Although it is quietly located, one is quickly at the shopping centers, golf courses or picking up shells on the beach. The Cape Coral vacation villa is equipped with many amenities, two bicycles, charcoal grill, a large living area, dining area, an open kitchen with breakfast area, a private large screened in heated pool, and dock.

The 'Venice of America', Cape Coral, which is near Fort Myers, is on the Gulf of Mexico. During the summer the seaward wind is refreshing and during the winter there is a comfortable warming influence. The average temperature is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit / 27 degrees Celcius. This is the absolute paradise for fishermen, golfers, and the Sun and Fun Seekers. Dream beaches and shelling are very nearby.

Cape Coral is known for their beautiful green courses with quick on tee times. Other courses are available just minutes out of Cape Coral. You will not have enough time for all the best courses whether in Cape Coral or minutes out of town.

Master bedroom newly furnished with a king sized bed, large cable TV, newly built master bath with bidet, and walk in closets with direct access to the private, screened in pool area. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed, cable TV, and walk-in closet. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, cable TV, and a walk-in closet. A newly rebuilt and furnished guest bath is located off the guest bedrooms. Also available from pool area is direct access to the guest bathroom. Don't bother bringing the hair dryer, iron or ironing board, and linens, it's all there! Just bring yourselves and the sun tanning lotion.

The private pool is electric heated. The screened in pool area also has outdoor speakers. You can listen to your favorite CD's, DVD's, TV, or radio stations while outside in the sun. Two bicycles are provided for your use, during your stay. Fishing is as close as the back yard.

Dock your boat rental right at your back door, with direct and quick Gulf access. Boat rental information can be provided upon request ,after sign a contract.

ALL PRICES ABOVE are based on weekly or monthly stays for 2 adults.
Each additional person over 5 years of age - $15 USD per day - $70 USD per week - $220 USD per month.

Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Debit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfers are all accepted on line.

Deposits

50% plus a refundable $200 damage deposit required to secure booking / to hold reservation, required within 7 days after inquiry.

Damage deposit returned after receipt of currency conversion, and all bills (electric, water, and phone) during rental duration.

Cancellation & Return Policy

After rental confirmation up to 45 days prior to arrival will be charged $100 USD cancellation fee.
Cancellation 45 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the rental amount.
No refund will be made for cancellation on or after arrival date.
