Quinta Esmeralda #8 Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Cash or Check Payments accepted
To make reservations we require 50% of total of rental ($ ) and the balance 30 days before arrival.
Reservations cancelled after deposit received will be fully refunded minus a 20% handling fee.
2.- 90 days prior to arrival, 50% of payment is refundable, unless a replacement for exact same dates is found, less 20% handling fee.
3.- Less than 30 days prior to arrival, total fee paid is non-refundable .
There are no refunds for unused services. The guests agree to hold the property owners, agents, management, and staff including the property free and harmless of any and all liability for injury, illness or death of any person, or for damages to the property arising from the use or occupancy of any guests in or about the rental promises. We recommend that our clients review their baggage loss, medical, trip cancellation and accident insurance when reservations are confirmed.
