It took eight years to get this project from conception to completion, as the Retired Navy Landing Ship was purchased, cleaned, transported and then finally sunk to take its final resting place off our islands on June 10, 2002. Again, a sight not to be missed. You can see it by Glass Bottom Boat ride or take the plunge yourself. It is just but ONE of the underwater marvels that await you.

From the 5 star gourmet restaurant Marker 88 that is practically next door, to the local hang out's where the fresh fish practically jump on your plate, sumptuous food will satisfy even the most persnickety of pallets. A rental deposit equal to one-third the rental rate is required to confirm your reservation. Balance in full must be received 30 days prior to date of arrival unless agreed to by owner. A additional $300 Security Deposit to be paid upon arrival.
In the event of cancellation, all moneys paid to date, by guest(s), will be refunded (less a $25.00 processing fee) provided written cancellation is received no later than 60 days prior to date of arrival. Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of all moneys paid to date by guest(s) unless a replacement rental is secured.Security deposit will be refunded, in a timely fashion, after exit cleaning, premise inspection and the ownerÂ’s receipt of the condominiums.
