The Master bedroom, Living Room, and Kitchen all have direct access to the heated pool and lanai. The Master bedroom offers a private bath and king-size bed. One guest bedroom has a King and the other guest bedroom has a futon pyramid bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). An extra twin bed is also available. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a comfortable eating area. For larger seatings, there is a formal dining room.
Located approximately 2 miles from the breathtaking white sand beaches of Southwest Florida, you are near many casual and fine restaurants, outlet mall shopping, golf courses, dog races, and extraordinary sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Come and enjoy this warm, beautiful home for a few days or a few months. You wil be glad you did!!!

You will forfeit your $250 security deposit for cancellation less than 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit your $250 security deposit plus 50% of your total rental price.

What an awesome vacation!! Your house was simply perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We enjoyed the pool each day and evening. It was truly a pleasure getting to know and working with the Talay's. This was a wonderful home to stay in! It is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you can think of! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool is in a screened in lanai room with a beautiful view of the golf course. Even the men at the front gate (it is a gated community) are very friendly. The house is close to everything and not far from the beach, which was beautiful. This house truly felt like a home. We will definately be back and highly recommend this home for vacation rental!

My wife and I often rent vacation homes all over the country. The Talay's property in Bonita Springs is by far the best rental we have stayed in. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities you can think of. Linda & Bob treat you like family and truly make every effort to ensure that you enjoy yourselves. I highly recommend this property and thank the Talays for the wonderful time we had.

This is a truly beautiful home! It is spacious, tastefully appointed, clean, newly remodeled, comfortable and in a great, safe gated community. A few special features are its own private pool; that it sits on the 15th hole of a gorgeous golf course; that it is only a 10 minute, straight drive to a beautiful beach; and the nearby, absolutely delicious restaurants. The large master bedroom suite also sits quite a distance from the other 2 bedrooms, providing privacy for parents or grandparents (as in our case). The owners are also very kind, responsive and honest. I recommend this house highly and without reservation. P.S. The pool is child-safe; all three doors that lead to it have tough-to-defeat double-locks, and there is a safety gate available in the garage to put up all around it if you wish.
