Best Value Seattle-Ballard Guestsuite Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
After deposit is paid by check, the balance to be paid in cash, travelers checks or personal check or Paypal to hostess on arrival. Please note - we do not take credit cards!
Credit cards accepted: Yes
The first night's fee is required as a deposit and to be sent by personal check to the hostess. If you stay longer than a few days we require 25% of the total be sent as a deposit.
If you cancel seven or more days ahead of your scheduled arrival, your deposit less a $20.00 administration fee is refunded. If you cancel less than seven days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we can rebook with other guests.
9% tax - If you need the use of the futon as a second bed, there is a $20 service charge per night.
