Reservations are held for three days pending payment. The deposit is refundable 30 days after departure. Deposit is subject to deduction for damages, excess cleaning, laundry, lost keys, lockout charges. Please no late check outs-no exceptions. Please enter suite yourself, the keys are in a combination lock box attached to your door. Please notify our office if other arrangements need to be made. We accept paypal, Balance due 60 days prior to arrival; refundable security deposit required. $75-$85. Pet deposit required for dog(s) is now waived.
