Spacious 1,400 square foot skier's paradise just a 4-minute walk to the lift and downtown with gorgeous, panoramic view of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Mountain Range from third-floor living area with vaulted ceilings and large private balcony. This exceptional, two-bedroom (plus large loft), three-bath condominium was completely redecorated in 2005-2006, and the exterior was renovated in Fall 2007.
Totally redecorated in 2005 & 2006 with decorator paint, beautiful top-of-the-line furnishings, lighting, and artwork in a “mountain lodge style. The living room has a new leather (sleeper) sofa, custom built Lazy Boy swivel rocker/recliner, and new pine entertainment center. All new dining room with gorgeous antler chandelier seats 8-10, and new kitchen island seats 3-4. Most kitchen appliances are new. We sleep 10 people in brand new beds plus 4 more in new Queen and twin sofa sleepers.
All the mattresses are brand new, top-of-the-line products. Both main bedrooms have new Simmons Beautyrest, pillowtop, independent coil system Queen mattresses. All sleeping areas have new pillows and beautiful high-end, color-coordinated comforters, pillow shams, and throw pillows.
-- The larger bedroom, ”The Pine Room”, has two new solid pine Queen sleigh beds, new night stands, new love seat with twin sleeper, and a new armoire/entertainment center.
--The smaller bedroom (yet still quite large compared to most condos) we call “The Aspen Room”. This beautiful room has custom-made aspen log furniture throughout including a new Queen bed, and a new love seat with twin sleeper.
--The large loft with two semi-private sleeping areas has new matching pine furniture throughout, two new hypoallergenic twin mattresses, and a new full size mattress.
The unit can be rented as one large unit or as three separate lock-off units, depending on your needs.
The Lift complex, in the heart of Breckenridge, is a short easy walk to the Peak 9 Super-Six Quicksilver chairlift, Maggy Pond, Main Street, the Riverwalk, Lacima Mall, and all the popular restaurants. Adjacent to Main Street Station.
Upgraded kitchen. Each room has its own thermostatically-controlled hot water baseboard heat. The living room and each bedroom have its own TV, full bathroom, and balcony. Gas fireplace. Covered parking. Free shuttle bus stop one block away. Convenience does not get much better than this!
This versatile condominium appeals to both groups and large families who want to enjoy their Breckenridge experience together. The condominium includes a large living area and adjacent kitchen, a large loft, two unusually large bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. The layout provides exceptional privacy with one common entrance into a private foyer, three separate locking doors to each of the two main bedrooms and to the living area, full kitchen, and loft. A spacious private balcony with table, chairs, and barbeque grill provides additional space to enjoy the sun or gather before departing for your favorite activity.
Two indoor hot tubs, two outdoor tubs (up to 20 people in one!), and a heated pool are all in the nearby courtyard. Please see complete list of amenities below. The winter pool and hot tub season opens and closes with the Breckenridge ski area. For the Summer, the pool and hot tubs are open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. We also offer specials for weekly and monthly stays, owner direct. Discounted lift tickets available. Sorry, pets are not allowed. This is strictly a NON-SMOKING facility.

Payment Methods Accepted

Deposits
50% of total amount due to hold reservation. Balance due 60 days in advance for busy seasons. $200 security deposit is refundable.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Advance rental payments are normally non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your visit. However, if you need to cancel your booking, and we can re-rent the unit at any price to someone else for the same period covered by your booking, then we reserve the right to refund to you whatever we can collect from the replacement guest up to the amount you have paid less a $100 fee to cover our efforts in re-renting the unit. No refunds will be made until the replacement guest has checked out, all checks have cleared the bank, and the unit has been inspected by us or our agent. Alternatively, again, if we can re-rent the unit at any price, we may agree to apply 100% of your payment to a booking for the unit for another date within 12 months of your original booking. This option ensures that you will not risk losing any portion of what you have already paid.
Fees & Taxes
All owners are required to collect 10.6775% tax. Please beware that any owner that is not collecting sales tax is operating outside of the law and exposing themselves and their guests to the risk of backtaxes and penalties.
