Spacious 1,400 square foot skier's paradise just a 4-minute walk to the lift and downtown with gorgeous, panoramic view of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Mountain Range from third-floor living area with vaulted ceilings and large private balcony. This exceptional, three-bedroom (including large loft), three-bath condominium has been completely redecorated and the exterior has also been recently renovated.

Totally redecorated with decorator paint, beautiful top-of-the-line furnishings, lighting, and artwork in a mountain lodge style. The living room has a leather (sleeper) sofa, custom built Lazy Boy swivel rocker/recliner, and pine entertainment center. Dining room seats 8-10 under gorgeous antler chandelier, and kitchen island seats 4. Most kitchen appliances are new. We sleep 10 people in beds plus 2 more in two twin sofa sleepers.

All the mattresses are brand new, top-of-the-line products. Both main bedrooms have new Simmons Beautyrest, pillowtop, independent coil system Queen mattresses. All sleeping areas have new pillows and beautiful high-end, color-coordinated comforters, pillow shams, and throw pillows.

-- The larger bedroom, The Pine Room, has two solid pine Queen sleigh beds, new night stands, new love seat with twin sleeper, and a new armoire/entertainment center.

--The smaller bedroom (yet still quite large compared to most condos) we call The Aspen Room. This beautiful room has custom-made aspen log furniture throughout including a Queen bed, and a love seat with twin sleeper.

--The large loft with two semi-private sleeping areas has matching pine furniture throughout, two new hypoallergenic twin mattresses, and a new full size mattress. The unit can be rented as one large unit or as three separate lock-off units, depending on your needs.

The Lift complex, in the heart of Breckenridge, is a short easy walk to the Peak 9 Super-Six Quicksilver chairlift, Maggy Pond, Main Street, the Riverwalk, Lacima Mall, The Breckenridge Brewery, and all the popular restaurants. Adjacent to Main Street Station.

Upgraded kitchen. Each room has its own thermostatically-controlled hot water baseboard heat. The living room and each bedroom have its own TV, full bathroom, and balcony. Gas fireplace. Covered parking. Free shuttle bus stop one block away. Convenience does not get better than this!

This versatile condominium appeals to both groups and large families who want to enjoy their Breckenridge experience together. The condominium includes a large living area and adjacent kitchen, a large loft, two unusually large main floor bedrooms, three bathrooms, and three separate vanity areas. The winter pool and hot tub season opens and closes with the Breckenridge ski resort. For the Summer, the pool and hot tubs are open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. 50% of total amount due to hold reservation. Balance due 60 days in advance for busy seasons. $200 security deposit is refundable.

Cancellation
Advance rental payments are normally non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your visit. However, if you need to cancel your booking, and we can re-rent the unit at any price to someone else for the same period covered by your booking, then we reserve the right to refund to you whatever we can collect from the replacement guest up to the amount you have paid less a $100 fee to cover our efforts in re-renting the unit. No refunds will be made until the replacement guest has checked out, all checks have cleared the bank, and the unit has been inspected by us or our agent. Alternatively, again, if we can re-rent the unit at any price, we may agree to apply 100% of your payment to a booking for the unit for another date within 12 months of your original booking. This option ensures that you will not risk losing any portion of what you have already paid.

& Taxes
All owners are required to collect 11.6775% tax. Please beware that any owner that is not collecting sales tax is operating outside of the law and exposing themselves and their guests to the risk of backtaxes and penalties.
