We have been going to this condo the last four years and find it to be perfect for what we need: side-view of the gulf, nice pool, great beach, across the street from John's Pass, condo that is spacious with updated accommodations, etc. We will gladly continue to spend our January's in 404. Newly remodeled, this condo has new kitchen and baths. Bright and tasteful. All appliances are included with plenty of dishware and silverware.
Each bedroom is large which allows this condominium to comfortably sleep 6 people. The master has a new king sized bed with pillow top mattress. It opens to the balcony. The balcony has view of John's Pass and the intra-coastal draw bridge.
The second bedroom has two double beds, plus a sleeper sofa. Please NOTE we have only 1 reserved parkiing spot. If you need more you must make arrangements before you arrive.

You can walk under the bridge to the boardwalk.

My family and I loved your condo. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the view even though the condo didn't face the beach. The beach was awesome. We even caught a few fish! We enjoyed walking across the street to John's Pass. Thanks for such a great time. We will definitely be back!

Your condo was everything you promised it to be. The view was awesome and even though it wasn't facing the beach front it still had a great view.We saw dolphins right by the bridge early one morning and also saw them right off the beach and also right in front of the board walk.Water was all around us. It made our vacation the best yet in Florida. We will be back next year and many more to come.
