Our building, Island Colony, is located at the corner of Seaside Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard, which is two to three short blocks to the ocean.

There are several food stores only minutes away and we have a small convenience store inside the building on the sixth floor. A coin-operated laundry is available in the building, along with sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. A video store and a car rental agency are located on the ground floor of the building.

These units were remodeled in 2007 and are very comfortable and homey. There is a full kitchen, microwave, full stove and oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer, as well as all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and linens provided. We also provide boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for your use. All units are fully air conditioned. There is a large, 37-inch, flat screen TV in the living area, with digital cable. The beds include a NEW Deluxe name brand queen-size bed and two twin beds & a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
