Our building, Island Colony, is located at the corner of Seaside Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard, which is two to three short blocks to the ocean.
There are several food stores only minutes away and we have a small convenience store inside the building on the sixth floor. A coin-operated laundry is available in the building, along with sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. A video store and a car rental agency are located on the ground floor of the building.
This units were remodeled in Nov. of 2007 and is very comfortable and homey. There is a mini kitchen, microwave, stove top, full-size refrigerator/freezer, as well as all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and linens provided. We also provide boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for your use. The unit is fully air conditioned. There is a 37 flat screen TV's in the living area and bed rooms, with digital cable. The beds include a queen-size sofa bed, a NEW Deluxe name brand queen-size bed, two twin beds. FREE extra beds and futons on request .
Public parking is provided in the garage in the building, currently for $18 per 24 hours. Long-term rates for 30 days or more are available at 150.00 per month. We are available to assist you with any problems, cleaning, or repairs.
