We stayed here in October 2006 and had a lovely time in this spacious condo. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and is in a great location. Glenn and Martha were very helpful and gave us a lot of helpful information before we arrived. Hope to be back some day. Read more
This WATERFRONT Condo is located on the West Coast of Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico...Just across the street from the Famous John's Pass. Our Madeira Beach Condo Rental is very comfortable and private. If you are taking a few days off, a break away from work, or a month for some of that wonderful Florida sunshine...this condo is for you and your family.
This beautiful Madeira Beach Condo is located directly across the street from John's Pass, wide sandy beach with sweeping view from the ocean to the light house.

Check in time:After 3:00pm. Please let us know if you need to make arrangements for late arrival.
Check out time:Before 10:00am Deposits
Reservations will be guaranteed upon receipt of a $200/week deposit and first night rent.
Cancellation
If you must cancel your reservation please let us know as soon as possible. If we can find someone take your place, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise we must keep a portion of your deposit according to the following schedule:
8 weeks prior - 100%4 weeks prior - 50%Less than 4 weeks - 0
& Taxes
Please add $75 cleaning fee and 12 % tax .
Holiday weeks are subject to surcharge.
Total payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We stayed here during the 2007 spring break week and LOVED IT! Glenn was great to work with and the condo was very comfortable and very spacious! We had 9 in our party and we never triped over each other. The construction right next door was never a bother, we didn't even know it was going on unless you sat on the balcony, and even then it wasn't bad.
