Located between the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and Laguna Madre Bay, a little piece of paradise awaits you on South Padre Island... This beautiful tropical island is a place where large golden beaches, gentle Gulf surf, friendly hospitality, and activities of all kinds come together. And it's all yours to enjoy for a week, a month or longer….

Our condominiums are located directly on the beach, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico - A million dollar view with a backdrop of swaying palms and warm breezes. No need to walk across the street or to a 'beach access'…..Here you are ON the beach and your view is water, water, water!

Our newly remodeled condos have a welcoming decor, and include two private bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen and dining area as well - conveniences of home in a private beach front paradise!

Relax on your private balcony, gazing out over the Gulf of Mexico… Whether sitting at the dining room table, chatting in the living room, or fixing brunch in the kitchen - your view is the Gulf - and what a view it is!!

Escape your worries while you relax in the large beachfront swimming pool and hot tub. Enjoy the Sauna and exercise room. Grill up your freshly caught dinner on the BBQ, and enjoy beach-side dining in our picnic pavilions. Friends and family gathering? We have a wonderful community room with kitchen, which looks out over the pool and beach.

Whatever you like to do while on vacation, whether it's walking the miles of Gulf front beach, dining on fresh gulf shrimp, parasailing, fishing, dolphin tours, golf, tennis, or taking the kids to the water-park. Our condo is near it all, located at the popular south end of the island, and walking distance to shopping, dining, and activities.

I've tried to think of the 'little things' that matter, so that your stay in our condo will be a memorable one, and you'll tell your friends about us, and want to come back again and again.

Rates posted are the starting rates for unit 206 value season. Rate range for 206 is $100/nt-$250/nt. Holidays/events are more. We accept cashiers' checks, money orders, Paypal or credit cards or wire transfer.

Cancellation
Prorated based on the length of notice. Full policy outlined in rental agreement. No refunds for last minute cancellations - we recommend travel insurance if you are concerned that you may have to cancel last minute for any reason.
