Oakland Cottage B&B has four spacious 2-room Suites, each with private bath, TV & other amenities. Stay in a 2 room Suite ($119 - $139 nightly) or, with a capacity for up to 20 guests, Oakland Cottage is wonderful to reserve in its entirety for families, friends, reunions, wedding groups, small retreat style meetings ($425 nightly and $5.00 per guest per night, $2350 weekly and $25.00 per guest per week). Rates include a light self-serve breakfast & daily maid service. Our location can't be beat - just 1.5 miles from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate and the heart of Downtown Asheville.
