This is our favorite place to stay in Maui. We've stayed at various condos in Wailea and on the Ekahi property and we keep coming back to this one. Wailea Ekahi 33A is a beautiful, romantic, 1100 square foot Wailea condo vacation rental in a magnificent lush tropical paradise resort on spectacular Keawakupu Beach. Views are of a lush tropical garden with partial ocean and mountain views. The condo has beautiful tropical decor and many amenities. It is a downstairs corner condo in a two-story, 6 unit building.
Maui Rendezvous is continually being remodeled, upgraded , and decorated. There was major remodeling to the kitchen and master bath. The master bath has a heated hot tub whirlpool bath. There is new furniture in the bedroom, living room, and dining area. Remote control air conditioning was installed. Tile floors were added. Sound reducing ceiling channels and ceiling molding installed. New bedroom carpeting was installed. A king Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed was added. High speed internet - wireless or RJ45 connection is included.
Gentle trade winds, cross ventilation, downstairs location, trees, and vegetation keep the condo comfortable. Thee are ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning,
Maui Rendezvous is a one-bedroom, two bath vacation rental condo that sleeps two in a king-size bed. Three additional guests can be accommodated on a queen sofa bed, twin-size sofa, or two futions. The second bath includes a dressing area with closet and dresser that is separate from the toilet/tub/shower. There is a sleeping pad for young children and a play yard for babies to sleep.
The condo has beautiful tropical decor and many amenities. There is remote control AC. Ceiling fans in the dining, living, and bedroom keep guests comfortable. This downstairs corner unit is in a two-story/six-unit building. The view is a fabulous tropical garden. The kitchen, parts of the lanai, and living room have ocean views. Step off of the 14 x 20 lanai on to grass, and its just a three minute walk through the garden to the beach.

The beach is one mile long with white sand for swimming, and a lava flow at one end for snorkeling. There is a beautiful free-form swimming pool by the ocean with lounge chairs. The beach pavilion has a kitchen, charcoal barbecue, bathrooms, and showers. There are also three other more private pools.

Small appliances include toaster, blender, coffee maker, cappuccino machine, coffee grinder, wok, popcorn popper, and toaster oven. There are several sets of dishes including stemware and plastics for children. Cooking utensils are complete to cook just about anything. Basic food supplies and spices are included. There is a propane barbecue on the lanai.
There is a 27 TV combo (DVD and VCR) in the living room and a 25 TV (separate DVD/VCR) in the bedroom. A stereo in the dining room with CDs provides music.
There are three phones for local calls and a fax machine. High speed wireless internet enable computer use anywhere in the condo. There is an RJ45 jack near the couch and a dial up line on the desk..

DISCOUNTS:LENGTH OF STAY: $15/night for 10 - 19 nights, $30/night for 20 - 29 nights, $45/night for 30+ nights.ADJACENT: $15/night arrival on same day as arriving or departing guest, $25 for both departing and arriving guests COMING UP SOON: $50/night 2 months before arrival, $100/night 1 month before arrivalPayment is by check. The full fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Guests will receive directions, information, and access code by email.
Deposits
Deposits of approximately of $350 or more are payable by check in order to guarantee reservations. Confirmations are mailed when the security deposit is received. The deposit check is returned marked void after the keys are returned and the condo is verified to be neat and orderly.
Cancellation
Deposits and/or rental fees will be returned if we are able to rent the days you cancel, less any fees or lost revenue we incur due to the cancellation.

This is our favorite place to stay in Maui. We've stayed at various condos in Wailea and on the Ekahi property and we keep coming back to this one. The location on the property is great -- close enough to the beach and main pool (short 5 min. walk) but set back enough from the pool so it's quiet (the units down by the pool can be quite noisy from all the activity). The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You get the sense that they truly care about their guests. Some of the other units are run by rental companies and don't have that level of personal attention. We can't wait to go back.

Just returned from our brief stay Jan 1-4.
Thanks for the chance to stay at this lovely development.
The sandy bottom beach, the great pool, and the beautiful surroundings made it a treat to wake up every morning.
Convenient to other beaches, and to Kehei for shopping but a little more peaceful and serene.
We also appreciated all the little extra supplies that were in the condo- from shampoo to salad dressing in the fridge. What a great system to have folks leave behind their remaining food items, since condiments are sometimes what makes a meal!
We also liked having so many beach items for our use!
Sunsets were an event!
