Outside our front door is the best neighborhood in the beautiful Romantic Zone with quaint Mexican buildings along cobblestone streets, outdoor cafes and many of the best restaurants in the area, internet cafes, groceries, tour agencies, car rental agencies, nightclubs, galleries, and shops as well as outdoor stalls with locals selling their wares. We are also right next to a beautiful authentic Mexican plaza.
Out the back door , past the ocean-front swimming pool surrounded by lounges, tables and deck chairs, is our building's private area on one of the widest and less crowded parts of Los Muertos Beach. Don't be fooled, because most of the listings require you to take a cab everywhere. Ours is an easy stroll to everything.

Our Puerto Vallarta condo is elegant and decorated with colorful tiles and Mexican art and crafts in traditional Mexican style with all the modern amenities. The colorfully tiled gourmet kitchen has a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, washer/drier, coffee grinder, juicer, blender, cookware and tableware.
Enjoy the spectacular sunsets and direct ocean views from your private terrace. Whales & Dolphins play in the water in front of the terrace. The French doors open so that the living room and terrace become one room, open to the ocean breezes.
Our air-conditioned condo has a telephone with free local calls, high-speed internet connection, 2 TVs with stations in English covering all US networks, CNN, etc., VHS/DVD player, stereo radio/cd/cassette player, ceiling fans. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi sized bath with shower covered floor to ceiling with beautiful Mexican tiles.
Guests have written us after staying at our condo for rent in Puerto Vallarta. A sampling is: Your place was absolutely wonderful. It exceeded all our expectations. I can't get over how beautifully decorated your place is. Your condo is just located in the most perfect part of town.
You may find price lower than ours. But our condo is gorgeous and will enhance your vacation, rather than just a place to keep your suitcases.It is equiped for both function and comfort, and is immaculate. It exceeds the standards of fussy visitors.

Deposits
1/2 of full rent upon reservation if at least 90 days before starting date; remainder al least 60 days before starting date. All rent upon reservation, if within 90 days of starting date. Security key/damage deposit of $200 returned when apartment is inspected and keys are returned.
Cancellation
Nonrefundable, unless a substitute tenant if found. All rent paid by a substitute tenant, less a 10% cancelation fee and any expenses incurred to rerent the condo for that same period, shall be offset against any amount paid by the cancelling tenant, in determining how much is refunded.
& Taxes
None. We pay all Mexican taxes, which adds 18% to your bill in hotels, B & B's, and many other condos. We also pay the maid's tips for you.

casa beverly was our 3rd trip to pv. we LOVED it!!! my husband insists we stay here and nowhere else. the location is the best and the condo itself is "home." it has all the amenities and is perfect for 2. we are returning christmas week and again in june. with all the places to stay in pv---that says it all. the owners are gems too

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in PV last June thanks in large part to the fact that we were staying at #303 Plaza Dorada. The location could not be better. Right on the ocean, it is a 10-minute walk to the secluded beaches of Conchas Chinas where we snorkeled, and a 5-minute walk to the Malecon, Isla Cuale and downtown. We could hop on a bus to go anywhere along the Bay of Banderas. The Romantic Zone is well integrated and tourism is not overwhelming in that part of town. Life inside the condo was as satisfying as outside. Perfectly designed for two people, the rooms are pleasant, well aerated, and decorated with colorful and joyous local tiles and other ornaments. Spending some time in the swimming pool was a nice prelude to sunsets always as colorful as represented in the picture in this site.
