Recently remodeled, with nearly all new furnishings, carpet, tile, cabinets and appliances, our condo offers all the comforts of home. Our comfortable queen bed has the ever so popular memory foam topper, and the queen sofa bed in the living room sports a deluxe six inch extra thick mattress.Decorated with a Hawaiian flare, let this be your home away from home! Creature comforts include new linens, towels, full kitchenware, small and large appliances, color television, VCR, DVD,cable TV, CD stereo system and even high speed Roadrunner internet access (USB & Ethernet)- just plug in the laptop! The average rainfall in South Maui is below six inches a year and temperatures rarely drop below 70 or rise above the mid 80's. Our condo is situated at the base of the gently rolling southwestern slope of the majestic Mount Haleakala, rising over 10,000 feet above sea level. Translating into "The House of The Sun", sunrise from the top is amazing. Experience casual island style living while watching gorgeous Hawaiian sunsets from your private second story Lanai. Our Get Away to Maui Condo features one bedroom and one bath and a private covered lanai for a total of 723 sq. ft. Recently remodeled with Hawaiian motif with nearly all new furnishings, carpet, tile, cabinets and appliances. Queen -size bed with memory foam topper, Queen-size sofa bed in living room with deluxe 6 inch extra thick mattress, comfortably sleeping four. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, electric mixer, utensils and dishes. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room. Free local phone service with answering machine (use phone card for long distance), high speed Roadrunner internet access, cable TV, VCR and CD stereo system. Large swimming pool, gas grill BBQs, outdoor picnic tables, shuffleboard. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and sand toys for the beach. Linens and towels are provided. Pay laundry facilities next to the pool. Baby walker, playpen and baby sitting available. No pets in complex. Free parking Our Get Away to Maui condo rates are very affordable compared to similar offerings. We live here year round so are always just a phone call away if you need anything.
