The Gulf Coast vacation rental villa is approximately 3,200 sq feet (The size of a large modern 5 bedroom house in the UK), it is fully air conditioned, has four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 8/9 people.

Situated in the quiet location of Rotonda West, a largely residential community, there are three golf courses within the community, and a large nature reserve where you can enjoy long walks.

The pool area is south facing with the pool enjoying the sun for most of the day. This part of the Gulf Coast is almost undiscovered when compared to Orlando, you can enjoy peaceful days around the house but there's plenty to do if you want to!

There are two large master suites, one with king bed, one with queen bed, then two further bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a bunk bed, double on the bottom and single on top. Three bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Including the en-suites there are four bathrooms, all bathrooms have showers (double in the master suites) and two also have baths, both master suites have twin His & Her sinks. There is a generous range of towels and spare bedding.

The Rotonda West vacation villa is tastefully furnished throughout including two TV's, one with cable two VCR's, a CD / Cassette / Radio mini system. There are two settee's in each of the living rooms. The living room looks out through triple full height patio doors to the lanai and fully screened swimming pool.

The pool has a large area for sunbathing, plenty of sun-loungers and chairs are provided. The lanai has a large table and chairs for comfortable outdoor eating. In addition to the air conditioning each bedroom and the lanai have ceiling fans to help keep you cool.

Free local calls may be made using the direct dial telephone in the lounge or kitchen. For long distance and international calls you will need a calling card. These are normally available from your local telephone company prior to leaving home, but you can also buy cards from the local supermarket – Winn Dixie. As a guide calls to the UK from our Gulf Coast villa should cost less than 10p per minute.

Upon booking your requested dates will be held for 5 days, during this time you will need to pay a deposit of 25% of the rental value, if the booking has been made through our on line system this will be collected automatically. if the deposit has not been received within 5 days the dates will be released. Our on line booking system will automatically confirm this to you. Bookings made through our on line system will confirmed automatically, bookings made off line will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and the signed booking form.

If the booking is made within six weeks of the commencement date the full amount of rental and security deposit will be required on booking.



Provided we receive written notice of cancellation not less than 12 weeks before the holiday commencement date the hirers will not be required to pay the full balance, the amount of the deposit however, will be forfeit. All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity. In the event of you having to cancel your booking the following charges will apply.
