High-speed internet service in the condo. Championship golf and shopping are conveniently located nearby our Kailua Kona vacation rental.

The Kailua Kona complex is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Kona Country Club - Ocean Golf Course on the other side. It is a one-of-a-kind complex located on the Kona coast of the Big Island of Hawaii!!! Truly a vacation experience you will enjoy!!!

Minimum Deposit of $500. Due within five days of booking reservation.

Cancellation
Full refund, less $350 for cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations made less than 60 days in advance of arrival date, all monies paid are forfeited unless we are able to rent to another guest for the same dates.
