The Dolphin House, or Ka Naia in Hawaiian, is a privately owned vacation rental home situated in the gated community of Kona Bay Estates near the town of Kailua-Kona on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Dolphin House offers over 6000 Sq. Ft. of living space and spectacular oceanfront views. Three bedrooms in the house and one in the private attached Ohana unit give you a total of 4 bedrooms / 4.5 baths with sleeping space for up to 10.

Ohana Unit has separate entry. All bedrooms have private baths with showers. Washer & Dryer.

Deposits

Minimum Deposit: $2000 – Due within three days of reservation request, reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received.

Security Deposit: $2,500

Cancellation & Return Policy

$1,000 (Guests to provide owners with a written notice of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of all rent deposits received 60 days prior to arrival date, less a $1,000 cancellation fee. )

Fees & Taxes

$450 for cleaning upon departure
