Architect designed home directly on a beautiful, quiet beach with no condos or motels allowed nearby. We rent our Manasota Key beach home when not used by family members. Boating, fishing, shelling are magnificent. Many other activities such as golf, tennis, theater, etc. are nearby. Sarasota is a short 30 minutes away. Boca Grande to the South (for Tarpon fishing in June) is 30 minutes south. 1 1/2 hours from Raymond James Stadium site of 2009 Super Bowl.
