Please call Viviana @ 956-792-3550 to confirm your reservation. Reservation deposit of $200.00 (spring break $225.00) is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at the time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent on length of stay and number of people.

Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date will be refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.
