Our MAR Y SOL condominiums (Rm. 6) are located at 107 E. Bahama St. on the beachside of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Built in 2006 the South Padre Island vacation condos have a swimming pool and parking for two vehicles in one parking space. Living area features large sofa sleeper, recliner and cable TV. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools in the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. The Kitchen of the South Padre Island vacation rentals features a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a queen size bed with comfortable bedding, cable TV and large closets. Second bedroom has two full size beds with comfortable bedding, cable TV, and large closets.

Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. Check in 3:00pm / Check out 12:00 noon. 2% processing fee on Credit card charges. No charge on cash. Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries. Deposits
Deposit : Reservation deposit of one night peak rate is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent on length of stay and number of people.



Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of $20.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.

* Holidays: Additional $25.00/night to Peak Season rate (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor day, Sept. 16th)

* Spring breakers : Damage deposit (minimum $200.00) is dependent on length of stay and number of people. Reservation deposit is required $200.00 and a Advance payment of $200.00 is also required 3 weeks before check in, in the form of a cashiers check,money order or credit card. Gulfview I and II charge a onetime $20.00 security bracelet fee for every person.

* Winter season - starts Dec. 1st and ends Feb. 28th. Complete months only (no partials).
