Our GULFVIEW I CONDOMINIUMS (Rm. 108) and GULFVIEW II CONDOMINIUMS are located at 120 Padre Blvd. on the south side of South Padre Island,Tx. across from the Sheraton Hotel and next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Go to Schlitterbahn.com for more information on this fantastic waterpark. It is located near the beach, no streets to cross, with beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious parking for car and boat. You are walking distance to Isla Blanca State Park known for its fantastic fishing at the jetties and the famous Sea Ranch Marina with its private fishing charters, boat storage and launching. The master bedroom has complete furnishings,large closets,cable tv., and two queen size beds with comfortable bedding. Fully equippped kitchen,appliances in a modern accent. The living area features a large cable tv., queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs. The dining area features a dining table for four persons and a bar area with two bar stools. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our balcony which has a table with two chairs. Small community room is available next to the swimming pool for small parties.

As of April 1st through September 30, EVERYBODY is required to use a wristband to come into the pool area, BBQ area and clubhouse. The wristbands will be according to occupancy: Efficiency(4), 1 Bedroom(6) and 2 Bedroom(8) and (2) parking permits per room. Their is no initial cost but if lost the replacement cost will be $25.00 each. Gulfview will only replace them to the owner or rental agency, not to the tenant. Gulfview will not collect money from tenant as they may want to buy more from the Gulfview office. Guest wristbands will be sold for $5.00 only with tenant present from the security or Gulfview office. This Guest wristband is changed every day and does not allow the guest to stay over night in the room.

Toiletries include: 3 towels, 1 roll toilet paper, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring extra towels and your personal items.

Please call Viviana @ 956-792-3550 to confirm your reservation. Reservation deposit of $125.00 (spring break $200.00) is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at the time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent on length of stay and number of people. SPRING BREAKERS: A ADVANCE PAYMENT OF $200.00 IS ALSO REQUIRED 3 WEEKS BEFORE CHECK IN, IN THE FORM OF CASHIERS CHECK,MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT CARD.

Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date will be refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.
