Our Gig Harbor Guest Homes are fully furnished -- Fees are (all inclusive) except for state sales tax and housekeeping fees for stays more than 2 weeks.

Deposits
Presently, we do not require a deposit at our vacation homes

Cancellation
Wurlitzer Manor understands that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable.

Therefore, a confirmed reservation made 10 days before arrival, the reservation must be cancelled 72 hours (3 days) from arrival and confirmed by Wurlitzer Manor, no fee will be applied. Should a reservation be cancelled a 50% (based on number of nights reserved) cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Reservations made more then 10 days for one or more months in advance will be charged 40% (based on number of nights) reserved if cancelled 10 days or less from time of arrival. The reservation maybe cancelled if Wurlitzer Manor is notified 10 days or more before date of arrival and confirmed by Wurlitzer Manor.

All Fees Included except for every other week housekeeping (longer term rentals). $195.00 comprehensive cleaning (every other week).
