My luxury Kona Hawaii vacation rental house has capacity up to 8 bedrooms and 4 baths, perfect for the family reunion or destination marriage! The main level has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and the garden level expansion area has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath for sleeping up to 8.
IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE. WE ARE ECONOMICAL FOR GROUPS OF 4 AND UP! PEOPLE. (PLEASE NOTE THE PRICING SCHEDULE ONLY REFERS TO THE MAIN LEVEL. PRICING FOR THE GARDEN LEVEL IS CUSTOM BASED UPON THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE AND LENGTH OF STAY)
We have a large pool in front of the kitchen, which allows you to watch the kids playing in the pool while preparing the next great meal! The large front lanai has a fantastic 15 mile ocean view and you can see surfers, whales and dolphins with the naked eye, but binoculars are included!
