We have a large pool in front of the kitchen, which allows you to watch the kids playing in the pool while preparing the next great meal! The large front lanai has a fantastic 15 mile ocean view and you can see surfers, whales and dolphins with the naked eye, but binoculars are included!

Komohana--Affordable Luxury Vacation Home-Kona Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Courtesy Hold: A 24 hour Courtesy Hold can be placed upon a time slot with only your name needed, so you can check on airfare and car rentals. Call us to place the hold!
A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by credit card or wire transferFull payment is due 60 days prior to arrival . In the event of cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. The unit is cleaned and stocked with a starter pack of supplies & will be cleaned upon departure. Additional cleaning is available upon request at an additional charge. Any damages, excessive cleaning or missing keys will be charged to the credit card you have on file in our office.
(1) A 25% of total deposit is required at the time of booking(2) If booking is made within 60 days of reservation, full payment will be required upon booking(3) Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and in the event of cancellation within the 60 day period, the entire amount (100%) is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to rent your space to another party and if we do, a portion of your money will be refunded. The amt will vary based upon the cost of the substitution rental. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction!
