My luxury Kona Hawaii vacation rental house has capacity up to 8 bedrooms and 4 baths, perfect for the family reunion or destination marriage! The main level has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and our new garden level expansion area has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath for sleeping up to 8.

IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE. WE ARE ECONOMICAL FOR GROUPS OF 4 AND UP! PEOPLE. (PLEASE NOTE THE PRICING SCHEDULE ONLY REFERS TO THE MAIN LEVEL. PRICING FOR THE GARDEN LEVEL IS CUSTOM BASED UPON THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE AND LENGTH OF STAY)

We have a large pool in front of the kitchen, which allows you to watch the kids playing in the pool while preparing the next great meal! The large front lanai has a fantastic 15 mile ocean view and you can see surfers, whales and dolphins with the naked eye, but binoculars are included!

Book safely with us! More vacation properties are going into foreclosure! My home is owned free and clear and all propery taxes are up to date. The property IS NOT FOR SALE! You are dealing directly with the owner when you book with me! I am hearing more from people who are losing their deposits on properties that are going into foreclosure or the property management firms are going out of business

Courtesy Hold: A 24 hour Courtesy Hold can be placed upon a time slot with only your name needed, so you can check on airfare and car rentals. Call us to place the hold!

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by credit card or PayPalFull payment is due 60 days prior to arrival . In the event of cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. The unit is cleaned and stocked with a starter pack of supplies & will be cleaned upon departure. Additional cleaning is available upon request at an additional charge. Any damages, excessive cleaning or missing keys will be charged to the credit card you have on file in our office.

Cancellation
(1) A 25% of total deposit is required at the time of booking(2) If booking is made within 60 days of reservation, full payment will be required upon booking(3) Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and in the event of cancellation within a 120 day period, the entire amount (100%) is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to rent your space to another party and if we do, a portion of your money will be refunded. The amt will vary based upon the cost of the substitution rental. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction!

& Taxes
(1) Hawaii Hotel Taxes and General Excise Tax of 13.416% are added to each reservation (2) A cleaning fee of $200 is charged to all reservations for the main level(3) A cleaning fee of $100 is charged for the expansion area, only if rented.
