1888 Victorian Bed & Breakfast offers King and queen beds. Located 1 Block off Historic Broadway in the heart of Newport, Inn Bliss is close to everything. We offer a cozy home away from home environment for all our guest. We serve full gourmet breakfast every morning. If you are interested in vacation packages, we offer massages, spa services, mansion tickets, golf passes, private dinners, dinner/theatre/cabaret tickets, gift baskets, flowers, champagne, wine, and homemade chocolates. We are open year round. There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends in the High Season but NO minimum stays for the Low Season. However, call us and we maybe able to accommodate you anyway depending on availability.

Cancellation & Return Policy
Refunds will be issued if the cancellation was given at least 2 weeks prior to arrival minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the check-in date will be refunded only if the same reservation can be rebooked for another guest, otherwise there is no refund.
We are unable to grant refunds due to cancellations regarding the weather. In order to assist you, if a snow storm occurs during your stay you can receive one of two options. You can receive a gift certificate for a future stay with us to be used within 30 days of your original stay OR guests will be allowed to come 1 night earlier free of charge (subject to room availability).
