The main house has four bedrooms, all seasons room, great room, two baths. One has a shower and another full bath with two adjoining bedrooms on second floor. On the 1st floor is the queen bedroom, great room, all seasons room, dining area, full kitchen. There is a washer and dryer on site. All units have gas grilles.

Two cottages have two bedrooms; the third one has two bedrooms on first floor and a loft with two twins. We have remodeled the three cottages and are currently working on the main house. We have installed all new decks. This is a great property for family reunions, wedding parties etc. Book one cottage all the way up to the three cottages and the main house.

The beaches are beautiful. You can rent a surf board. bring your kayak, kites etc. The Newport Tennis Hall of Fame and other great attractions are downtown, 5 minutes from the property. Great restaurants and unique shops are within walking distance or 5 minutes to downtown. There are plenty of everyday excursions for sightseeing, boat trips, fishing trips etc. There are Mexican, Italian, Chinese restaurants all within 5 minutes from the properties.
