BEROJA PALMS West Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

It is recommended that one-half of total amount due at least 45 days prior to stay and the other half due at least 30 days prior to stay. $200 (US dollars) refundable security deposit (refundable upon clear inspection of the property and return of key). (If the property is in acceptable state at time of inspection and key is returned to owner within fifteen (15) days of the end of the stay, the security deposit will be mailed immediately.)
NO refund if cancelled 14 or less days from occupancy!! If cancellation is made BEFORE the last two week period, a $200 administrative fee will be withheld from refund/deposit.
