Cashier's check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. Must be 25 or older to rent.No sororities, fraternities, school, civic or youth groups allowed.Absolutely No House Parties Allowed.Violations are grounds for eviction and forfeiture of deposit and rent.

Deposit of $300 - refundable upon inspection of the unit within two weeks after departure with a non-refundable reservation fee of $25 is due in order to hold the reservation. Deposit Refund is forfeited in the event of Any Cancellation. Full rental amount is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival or reservation will be cancelled & deposit forfeited.
Cancellation or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date that result in a shortened stay or change of dates will Forfeit the Full Rental Payment. No Refunds for early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances. Owners reserve the right to refund deposits & rental payments, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if in our judgment your occupancy is detrimental to the property.
