To Use the Clubhouse Amenities: Club pool, hot tub, heated indoor pool, kids game room, locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms, exercise room and tennis courts there is a daily club fee that is per condo and not per person. You only pay this fee if you want to use these first class amenities that you will not find at many of the other complexes. Remember there is a pool and hot tub in front of the Bristol tower where the condo is located.
