With high ceilings, mirrows and windows this home has a clever use of space and feels so grand in all rooms! The master suits are very luxurious and spacious, each with their own unique charm. You will have trouble deciding which one to pick. With 3 master bedrooms, you can have equal private space away from each other tons of shared space too.
LIVINGROOM:
The livingroom features very comfortable Ethan Allen seating (for 5) and Lane and Lazyboy sofas that are very firm, and well built to seat up to 10. Not too fancy just very comfortable but practical too. Bring the other chairs from the table if you are all together here or just from the sun porch. You are welcome to move things for your comfort. There is a FP and a TV/DVD and plugs for games. There is also a cd player and stereo in this room.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
For outside entertaining, you have tons of porch and deck space approx 1000 sq ft, to have coffee, read a book, visit or just enjoy the weather. There is wicker furniture here too. You can have cocktails with the family here too,lots of MD crabs too if you would like. The yard is great for small kids so dont forget the ball and glove, crocket and or badmitton for extra fun right outside. Use the gas grill too and enjoy!
KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen was just made for cooking! Just bring your food and paper products. This fully stocked kitchen (dishes and pots and pans) is ready to use. Four chairs at the counter and the table seats up to eight! Look for some surprises from us to you too, in this kitchen, if you would like.
There is a little alcove which is perfect for a very comforable sofa that your elderly parents can sit on and chat while you and you sibs cook. With a 12x16 kitchen with high ceilings or gourmet cabinetry, there is plenty of room for all.
The island is a joy to use and a breeze to clean. 4 can sit on the stools here and was TV from here to the LR! Even the people on the sofa off the kitchen can see TV. Truly a neat design and wonderful kitchen to cook in. Stocked with all you should need but call me if you really need something that I forgot, and I can have it delivered to you at no charge while you are staying at the house.
MASTER SUITES:
Each room can sleep up to 4 with large dressers, closets and plenty of room to spread out towels to dry in the bathroom. They include luxury quilts and pillows and soft rugs for your feet. First floor Master - Great room for grandparents or teens. 2 luxury new, queen beds, TV/DVD/game plug or ours, and desk. Luxurious, oversized bath with limestone tile and glass doors. Spacious walk in closets. Sleeps 4. You can even lie in bed in here and watch the stars....ah... Second master: Very spacious in the bedroom and the master bath. Full bed, blow up mattress with plenty of floor space for this. Walk-in closet and luxury master bath with double sinks and high ceilings, glass doors. Sleeps 2 (2 smaller kids on blowup or bigger kids down stairs on pullout sofa) TV/DVD/game plug.
Third master: Luxury Queen bed, walk-in closet, outside deck. Large luxury master bath with glass doors. Queen sleep sofa too. Sleeps 4. TV/DVD/game plug.
And after a good walk or bike ride around, you can get the best sleep of your life in these luxury mattress (two are stearns and foster) beds. Pull out sofa in LR too will bring the total to 12.

Nearby Attractions of Silver Lake Dream home Rehoboth 2.5 blks to beach Vacation Rental
Rehoboth beach is a little-known beach secret since this is a tax haven for retirees. This little town has a wonderful, small boardwalk and amusement park rides that cost the same today as they did 15 years ago. Rehoboth is 20 miles north of Fenwick Island, voted second cleanest beach in the US in 2006. We are only 2.5 hours from DC too.
The true appeal of this beach is that if you are east of route 1, you can walk to everything in minutes. This little town has shops restaurants, coffee shops book shops and a great bike rental (5 seater bikes!) and you can even ride bikes on the boardwalk before 10am. There is tons to do all year round in this area. We are .3 miles to the beach and the south end of the boardwalk. Just walk along the boardwalk another .5 miles to the center of town without traffic or walk along the streets and admire the beautiful homes. We have parking for up to five cars.
