On the third floor overlooking the heated pool and Sabine Marina, it has 2 separate private bedrooms and bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, 2 t.v's, dvd player, washer and dryer, and an exercise room on the ground floor. The condo features a large private balcony with dining table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outside. Master bedroom with a queen size bed and second bedroom with a full size bed and a second twin bed. In addition, the couch in the living room is a sofa bed so that is the fourth bed so the condo can sleep a maximum of 7 people. Ample parking facilities allow for jet skis/boat trailers.
