The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with large shower and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size double bed, a large wardrobe and drawer storage. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedded and again have large wardrobes and drawer storage.
The second bathroom is located between the double and one of the twin bedded rooms.
The villa is air conditioned throughout and has a ceiling fan in each room.
A cot and high chair are available for the convenience of a little person.
If required you may hire a barbeque (gas fired).

The kitchen is generously sized and equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, wast disposal unit, and large refrigerator with automatic ice-maker. The washing machine and dryer are situated in the utility room, with access to the double garage. The garage also houses a laundry tub.

Publix and Walmart are about 2 miles away (east and west repectively) with a large outlet mall about 10 minutes away.
