Reservations are confirmed by a fax requiring a signature within 24 hours. Guests then have 7 days to send a deposit of 50% to confirm their reservation. A $500 security deposit is required on all stays. A 3 night minimum is required on most stays.
Reservations canceled prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded in full, minus a $49 processing fee. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded back to the tenant if the unit is re-rented, minus a $95 cancellation fee and any associated costs of re-renting the unit. All cancellations must be made in writing to Vacation Depot and acknowledged.
