A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. A security deposit equaled to daily rate is required on all rentals. Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival date.

50% of deposit is not refundable if reservation is cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival dates.

Taxes & fees are included in rental fee.

Shacks Beach, the villas and the host in Isabela were an absolutely excellent choice for our vacation. I have 2 kids and the accomodations at the villas for my family was superb. I honestly recommend these villas to anyone in search of a great place to visit with the family or couple looking for a quiet romantic beach villa.
