Cancellation
Advance payments are refunded if cancellations are made thirty (30) days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
& Taxes
Rates include all charges except 11.5% South Carolina accommodations tax.
Note: Entire advance payment of rental is due not less than four (4) weeks before arrival date. .
House keys should be picked up at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort front desk, 12 Kiawah Beach Drive, Kiawah Island. Keys should be returned to the same location.
