The ground level has a queen bedded bedroom with a new full bath with a whirpool tub, a half bath, fully equipped kitchen and dining room for six to the left. The high ceiling dining room overlooks the sunken conversation pit with fireplace, the living room and spectacular ocean vistas.
A staircase wraps around a double chimney to the mezzanine master bedroom with a king round bed, sitting room with fireplace, unique artistic 3/4 bath, and an open bedroom with twin beds. A 27 T. V. with D.V.D. and stereo in niches is in the living room.
The whole villa is embellished with stained glass windows and mosaic tile done by owners, complemented by many unique features, castle inspired front door, curved and arched doors, freeform furniture throughout.

Ensenada, is only 10 minutes south, and is full of great restaurants, Hussong's Cantina and other night spots, fishing, and shopping. 15 minutes to the east you find Guadalupe Valley with excellent boutique wineries is Mexico's Napa Valley. La Bufadora, a large sea geyser is past Ensenada, on Punta Banda point, across the bay. Ensenada is home to the famed Baja 500 and 1000 offroad races, the Newport-Ensenada sailing race, the Vendimia (wine harvest) festival, the twice annual Rosarito-Ensenada fun bike ride, and many other events.

25% is withheld if cancelled beyond 60 days of stay. If cancelation is between 59 and 30 days, 50% is returned. Under 29 days, only 25% is returned if rented to substitute rentor. Under 7 days, no refund. Refunds based on full rental amount.
