Our Villa comprises of 4 bedrooms including 2 master en-suites plus 2 twin themed bedrooms and a pullout Queen-sized sleeper sofa in one of the 2 sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a large games room. Seasons is a small exclusive resort community completed in 2005 (adjacent to Lake Berkeley). It has about 60 homes surrounding the lake and childrens play area together with a walking track for you to enjoy the wildlife. The location is close enough to the hustle and bustle of the shops, restaurants and activities around the 192 area and Disney, and yet a perfectly secluded retreat to get away from it all!
It is our aim to make your holiday as comfortable and carefree as possible. On arrival you will find the Villa freshly cleaned and laundered, and all beds will be made up. All towels (including poolside ones) and bed linens are included - you really do just have to turn up!

-Master Suite No 1 - comprises a King sized bed with pillow top mattress for extra comfort after a day at the Park! Beautifully decorated with cable television, DVD player and ceiling fan. Pool view from main window. Door to huge en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet.
-En-suite Bathroom - large corner bath, separate walk in glass shower cubicle, w.c. and marble topped double vanity unit for that extra touch of elegance! All towels and linens are provided and hairdryer - just bring your toothbrush!
-Family Room - a relaxing and comfortable room, beautifully decorated with sliding patio doors to pool and deck. For your children's safety these have an alarm on to prevent them being opened without your knowledge. Entertainment system housing large cable TV, DVD player and music system together with a selection of DVDs and games for your enjoyment.
-Nook - attractive table and chairs for 4 for casual breakfast dining in this sunny room.
-Kitchen - comes fully equipped with upgraded appliances to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Includes: sink, waste disposal, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, mixer and blender for that all important Floridian cocktail!
-Bedroom 4 - a beautiful light and airy twin bedded room with pool view, fitted wardrobes, TV point and ceiling fan. Fitted with Mickey décor for a child (or adult's!) delight and shares a bathroom with the other twin bedroom.
-Bedroom 3 - Decorated in true American style stars and stripes for your enjoyment! Has a TV point, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes and shares the bathroom with the other twin bedroom.
-Bathroom - with full bath and shower over, w.c., and marble topped vanity unit.
-Master Suite No 2 - prettily decorated bedroom with Queen sized bed fitted with pillow top mattress for additional comfort, large fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and cable TV and hairdryer. Door to en-suite shower room.
-En-suite Shower - extra large glass screened shower cubicle, w.c., and marble top vanity unit to add to the sense of luxury!
-Dining Room - formal dining area with large table and six chairs for relaxing over your evening meal.

-Pool and Deck Area - our south-facing free-form swimming pool is the focal point of the villa incorporating child friendly shallow pool ledge. The larger than usual deck has an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining and chaise longues for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. There is a child safety fence (removable if required) together with pool deck door alarms for your peace of mind. For the winter months we have a water heater to allow swimming all year round!!

-Medieval Times is opposite the entrance to our estate and Wal-Mart is also an easy walk-All the Disney attractions are within a 10 minute drive so no long journeys at the end of a day at the parks! -The shopping malls and restaurants on the I192 are a couple of minutes away which makes our Villa the perfect location for anybody's requirements!-For golfers there are numerous courses within a 10 minute drive including Greg Norman's Champions Gate 36 hole award winning course and the disney courses.
