Artist/Designer built, this 3 Bedroom (4 queen beds, one full sized bed) luxury living loft is in the heart of Chelsea, with separate large living room, kitchen, bar, bath. 6 rooms in all. 1200 sq. ft. Perfect share-rental - lots of space and privacy in the middle of Manhattan! Close to all public NYC transportation. Newly renovated. Washer/Dryer, whirlpool bath, separate bar. High ceilings (9' to 15'), natural wood floor, gourmet island kitchen (with dishwasher, disposal, double door fridge and icemaker, etc.). All linens, towels, blankets and basic kitchen supplies are provided. Double paned windows surround living loft on 3 sides- quiet and insulated for winter and summer.. Original artwork and handmade Moroccan style tiled archways and wall panels. Solid exotic hardwood floors. Loft 501 is a 4th floor walk up. Super and freight elevator available by pre-arrangement.
There are 3 separate bedrooms: one with a queen sized bed for two; the second bedroom has two queen sized beds in it that can sleep four; and the third bedroom has a full sized bed that can sleep two. The separate living room sofa and also sleep another guest. This is a very spacious and luxurious space with high ceilings, a large open living room and kitchen with surrounding windows throughout.

$5,800/month; 2500/weekly; 450/daily rates. All utilities and cable, taxes included for nightly and weekly rates. $400 Refundable Security Deposit required. Over 4 guests, there is a $50 per person fee per night. Additional $80 final cleaning fee. Available for short or long term. (*Rates are negotiable during certain periods and depending on the number of people and length of stay)
The Living Loft in NYC (on 7th Ave. and 26th St.) is close to all public transportation, art galleries, restaurants in the popular Chelsea area.

I think I finally found (2) spaces that I am comfortable with. My company offers me hotels wherever I go. I decline. I don’t like hotels because they are small, sterile and have no comforts of my home.
Jonathan has 2 wonderful lofts that have all the comforts of home. They are clean, safe, well laid out and in a perfect location for NY. If you have a question about anything, Jonathan immediately responds. If I was YELP’ing this review it gets 5 stars.

We loved it!!! Lot's of space, close to everywhere and very comfortable. Beautiful space with original art. Great price.
(4th floor walk up but good exercise.) Security refunded immediately.
