When we make a reciprocal agreement that you will be staying with us, it would inconvenience both parties if either changed their plans. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances could arise, and should this occur we will work with you to our mutual satisfaction.
Illinois B&B tax of 12% is added to any visits under 30 nights. Monthly visits or longer are tax-free.
