There are only 40 units in this LOW rise Hollywood property that is mostly owner occupied and safe to sit out at night and enjoy the location by the sea. Beach house is right at the BEGINNING of the famous HOLLYWOOD BEACH BROADWALK, packed with restaurants shops and fun for the kids.

There is a pull out sofa (two twins) in the living room so that the Hollywood vacation cottage can easily accommodate six people. Modern granite counter, fully equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities. There is an assigned private parking space right beside the Hollywood home, outside the kitchen door. In the back, visitors may enjoy the heated swimming pool, and the modern Bar-B-Q courtyard is right outside the kitchen door.
